Certification and labels
If a certificate or licensed mark is required, verify the holder, site, valid scope and permitted use. Product titles and bag artwork alone are not proof.
Seasonal supply
Discuss demand timing, packaging, inventory conditions and delivery requirements. Agree supply terms and quality acceptance in the quotation rather than inferring them from a marketplace listing.

Check a certification request
If your customers require DIN PLUS, send that requirement with the enquiry. A current certificate and its permitted product/site scope must be verified before any claim or mark is used. This website does not establish certification or authorisation to use a mark.
Industrial wood pellets must not be treated as a household-stove product merely because the dimensions look familiar. Confirm the appliance specification and the proposed supply’s documented properties.
Plan the season without inventing availability
Separate your forecast from a confirmed supply commitment. Ask for available production or dispatch dates, order quantities, packaging and delivery terms in the quotation. Agree how inspection issues will be handled on receipt. Avoid advertising fixed lead times or grades downstream until those conditions are confirmed for the order.
